Director of Business Services

Stephen Barr is entrusted with the overall management of Business Services at VCU. This encompasses VCU Campus Services, which includes VCU Dining and Retail Stores, VCU Mail Services, and Trademarks & Licensing. His dedicated service at VCU began in 2015, and in 2016, he earned the Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP) certification from the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS). Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama/Communications from the University of New Orleans, a Master in Public Administration from Louisiana State University, and a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University. Moreover, he has made significant contributions to the NACAS East Board of Directors, including serving as President.
